LogicLayer Thailand is a software studio that builds custom web applications and software for businesses. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We do not collect your Facebook password, your friends list, your posts, or any other data beyond the basic profile fields listed above.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing and securing access to our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used solely by LogicLayer Thailand to operate our services.

We may disclose information only where required by law, or to trusted service providers who process data strictly on our behalf to operate our infrastructure (for example, secure hosting), under confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.

04Data Retention

We retain your account information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data from our systems as described below.

05Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can request that we delete the data we collected from Facebook Login at any time.

To request deletion, please visit our Data Deletion page, or email us at logiclayerthailand@gmail.com and include your Facebook User ID or the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

06Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we work to keep your data safe.

07Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
